Hello. There is a double room available in our lovely big house in Streatham Hill. The room is medium sized with funky bright blue walls, a double bed, a built in cupboard, wooden shelves and built in shelving. You would be sharing with 4 other professionals, all very chilled out and sociable.

The house is quite large with a lounge/dining room, kitchen, one bedroom and laundry room/toilet downstairs, then upstairs are 4 bedrooms and a large bathroom with bath and shower. The house has a lot of character with a nice front lawn and also a small back garden.

The house is in a nice neighbourhood about five minutes walk to Streatham Hill which is lined with an array of shops (a sainsburys very close by). Streatham Hill Train station is about a 5-10 minute walk and there are so many buses that go to Brixton station, so transport is not an issue.

Rent is £370.83 per calendar month (very cheap considering in zone 3). Bills are very cheap, about £40 for six months, and then council tax is about £38 per month. Broadband is £7 per month. It really is worth coming to take a look.
