The flat has been redecorated last year and is in good shape throughout. Furniture, washing machine and fridge in the flat are brand new. There is a separate phoneline in the room which can be used if required. There is also wireless broadband. The flat is in a block of flats which was built for prison officers in the 50es, which means it is nice and spacious. The flats are now all privately owned. There is a great view on both sides from the flat. There is a communal garden outside. Also Crystal Palace park is only a 5 minute walk away. Crystal Palace offers also a gym, lovely cafes, bars, pubs and restaurants. There is a night bus from Oxford Circus and Beckenham which stops right outside the house. I enjoy meeting up with friends at the weekend but am not having parties at the house. During the week I like quiet nights in and I enjoy cooking. I am working for an events organiser and sometimes travel for work. The room is available immediately for a reasonably clean and tidy professional.
