Room available in a brilliant 3 bedroom Victorian conversion flat which is split over two floors, 2 mins away from Stokey Church Street, which has great grocery shops, loads of good restaurants and bars and plenty of parks for walks or runs. There is a Saturday Farmers Market, library, leisure centre - everything you could want or need.

The room isn't the biggest I have ever seen but it does have a double bed, a wardrobe and amazing big windows and our previous flatmate had a small desk in there too.

Unfortunately he has moved on and we are now looking for a replacement. We are looking for someone aged between 23-30 and is full time work, who is friendly, 'stylish', clean and likes to live somewhere they would consider home not just somewhere to sleep and enjoys an occasional shared meal/drink etc or house night out. The room is available now.

The flat has two bathrooms one with a fantastic big freestanding bath, an open plan kitchen/lounge/living area and is well furnished/equipped with a very comfy sofa, TV, Stereo, guitar, wireless broadband, microwave, washer/dryer, a pretty good oven and hob, fridge/freezer and central heating.

We live on an excellent bus route which I am sure you will agree when you read the list below and we are about a 1 min walk away from both Stoke Newington and Rectory Road stations, which easily get you to Liverpool Street in 10 minutes.
