Modern and spacious garden flat, bright double bedroom with good storage. 1min walk from Thameslink (direct to the city), 10min from Wimbledon station, 70ft well maintained mature garden, BBQ and hammocks.

I’m a lively, Welsh, non-smoking guy who works for a consultancy in the City. I’m looking for that down to earth, tidy, relaxed flat mate to fill a large double sunny master bedroom with ample storage and which overlooks our large garden, which is, in my opinion one of the main benefits of the flat. It is gorgeous in the summer relaxing with a drink and lazing in the hammock! Be prepared for fresh fruit and vegetables too as I do enjoy gardening! I’m often away with work and can work long hours so you need to be able to entertain yourself with your own group of friends, however, I'm happy to cook together and go out from time to time when I am there.

The lounge is very light, with sky+ and surround sound. There is a study with computer and broadband access. The kitchen is large and there is a washing machine, microwave, large fridge freezer and plenty of storage.

Nearby:7-11 convenience store, takeaways, gym, local park, and bars. Centre of Wimbledon 10 min walk to restaurants, bars, clubs, shops.
