ANOTHER: Large and nice double room for one person only (£560pcm). Great, clean houseshare, all mod cons, in a quiet road, 3mins from shops, riverside, swimming-pool, tube, day/night buses. Barons Court tube is 8mins walk through park, Hammersmith about 10mins. Plenty of buses too: (N)9,10,74,97,211,220...

Houseshare: newly refurbished, new carpets, double-glazing, c/h, a small very green patio/garden with three hammocks, a small living-room with TV/DVD & futon for guests to stay over, a large fully-equipped kitchen (washer, dryer, microwave, two fridges/freezers and common kitchen gadgets), one bathroom with bathtub & good shower, a separate extra toilet, TV/DVD, fast broadband internet (8Mb, wireless and/or wired). No hassle with bills, all dealt with by one of us, and they are quite unexpensive.

Looking for 2 friendly & tidy girl to share with a mix of 4 sociable profesionals & postgrads (arts/psychology/science). There is only one shared room in the large house, so the house is certainly NOT over-crowded. It's actually a very nice place to live. We have various interests that range from sailing and tennis to theatre and exhibitions, and regular socialising. We all have our own circles of friends, but often invite the other housemates to join in. The Spanish girl might move to a single room so there would be the opportunity to bring a friend of yours to share the room with you then.
