You will be sharing with three girls and one guy who are all genuinely nice and friendly people. The room has newly installed double glazed French windows that open out onto the balcony. It has a wooden floor, built in cupboards and an attractive art deco marble fireplace. It is furnished to a high standard with good quality pine furniture, which includes a large wardrobe, two bedside tables, a dining table with four chairs, a sofa & a portable television. The bathroom is newly installed and is shared with one person. The house has a pleasant communal area with a plasma television and a very large and newly renovated garden, which is fantastic in the summer. We also have Tiscali Television and wireless broadband. Hammersmith is a really great area to live with excellent amenities. The transport links are great and London's largest shopping centre/entertainment complex is opening in October. The ideal tenant would be someone who is reasonably independent, but happy to join the rest of the house for the occasional meal or evening out. No advert can do this place justice.
